Our fees are based on a fixed price system which is unique to each property. We never charge per hour or inflate our costs on site.

No, we never charge a call out fee.

We accept:

• Cash
• All major credit and debit cards
• Cheque (must be agreed with company before we attend)
• Invoice (only available to commercial or landlord clients)
• BACS or Bank Transfer (must be made within 24 hours)
• Payment Plan (max term of 3 months and must be agreed with company, Please note we are not regulated by the FCA so we do not charge interest. and this would be a personal promise of payment) service charges and late payment fees may apply.
