Dave provided a great ,professional service when I needed a toilet soil pipe replacing. Dave sourced and worked alongside another company that had to be involved due to dangerous materials on site. He co-ordinated and timed all the work so a smooth job was done. The site was left clean and Dave communicated quickly with me at every stage. Highly recommended.

Honest reliable and does a great job what more can you ask. From first call Dave was fast to respond and answer any questions I had. Sorted me a camera survey on my drains gave me several options to move forward with repair. I want with full drain replacement which was less than expected. When on the job Dave found that not as much work was required and informed me, honest tradesman which aren't too easy to find nowadays. Would recommend

Recommended by a neighbour to investigate drain smell in the kitchen. Very helpful and identified the problem as one which the responsibility of United Utilities. Reasonable price and good advice provided. Would definitely recommend.

Dave came round and unblocked our outside drain for us not long after we moved in and it had clogged up. The first time he did it, he assessed the state of the drain system with a camera and told us that it was in a poor state and would keep on happening. Lesson: get a drain survey when you buy a house!We called him out a few times over the next year or so and he graciously only charged us the minimum price rather than the jetwash, as he knew there was a larger problem. Over time he showed us that the pipework was cracked and collapsing.After a few visits, we discussed a solution. He outlined what needed to happen, a big job, but explained it to us in detail and I've learnt a lot as a result.We decided to take him up on his quote to rebuild the system, work that involved digging up the driveway and building a new system entirely. The work was carried out in good time, to a high quality (the driveway looks better than it did before), and he paused and brought us in to look at it to explain strep by step what he was doing. He linked all our separate drains from the house which probably hasn't been looked at in years.A really honest, helpful and cheerful guy, who really helped us out. Thanks for all your work!

I would never ever let anyone else apart from Dave repair anything in relation to pipework. I can trust him (unlike many others who I couldn't) and he keeps his promise of what will be done and when. In a word - Excellent. Dave came to look at a potential problem I might have and inspect the drains via CCTV. He arrived on time and was thorough, knowledgeable and happy for me to watch what he was doing and explain what he was seeing. I would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend The Drain Unblocking Co enough. 5 stars ++++ service. Despite having a full calendar Dave changed his plans to help with an urgent leak from a suspected blocked drain that was causing damage to my property. Arrived within 45 mins and quickly identified the issue. Fixed the problem, left the job tidy and checked up again the following day to make sure everything was OK. This isn't the first time Dave has been out to help with our drains. After numerous plumber visits over a 12 month period, i called Dave and he identified what was causing our smelly drains within minutes and again it was fixed. It is not often you find reliable, knowledgeable and decent tradespeople so I am thankful I have found this company. 100% recommend using The Drain Unblocking Co.

I'd been suffering with occasional sewage smells in the house for months. I txted The Drain Unblocking Company and they gave me a quote for unblocking straight away. They arrived the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem (sure enough it was blocked). They jet cleaned the blockage away, removed the cause (some broken brick) and showed me on their cctv setup the clean drain and explained everything i wanted to know about my drains, he was very knowledgeable! It was £180 inc vat for the service, worth every penny!

5 star work from start to finish. Dave came out and fixed a blocked toilet and immediately diagnosed the problem. We knew the issue was substandard work from a previous contractor, Dave was clear and fair in quoting follow up work. All work was completed on time and clearly to a high standard. Will gladly use the company again for planned building work

Fantastic work, Dave is really professional and knows everything about drainage. He has a great specialist camera with a long feed that can get into the spaces behind walls- it's like an endoscope for the house! Diagnosed the problem in minutes without disturbing anything at all. Definitely a full recommendation!
